Breakfast Quinoa Recipe

 

Breakfast Quinoa Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1/8 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp of Italian Herbs
  • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1-1/2 Cups of Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 Cups of Spinach Leaves, raw
  • 1 Fried Egg

Instructions:

  1. Slice Tomatoes.
  2. Add Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Herbs and Olive Oil. Hand mx all ingredients well.
  3. Add Quinoa and stir.
  4. On a serving plate place Quinoa Mix.
  5. Next to it place Spinach Leaves.
  6. Place Egg on top.
  7. Serve and Enjoy.

Cooking Quinoa is very simple,

On a covered pot warm 2 cups of water or vegetable stock and 1 Cup of quinoa. Over medium heat cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Once water has been absorbed, fluff quinoa with a fork and it is ready to serve.
