Breakfast Quinoa Recipe
Breakfast Quinoa Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1/8 tsp of Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp of Italian Herbs
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1-1/2 Cups of Cooked Quinoa
- 2 Cups of Spinach Leaves, raw
- 1 Fried Egg
Instructions:
- Slice Tomatoes.
- Add Salt, Garlic Powder, Italian Herbs and Olive Oil. Hand mx all ingredients well.
- Add Quinoa and stir.
- On a serving plate place Quinoa Mix.
- Next to it place Spinach Leaves.
- Place Egg on top.
- Serve and Enjoy.
Cooking Quinoa is very simple,
On a covered pot warm 2 cups of water or vegetable stock and 1 Cup of quinoa. Over medium heat cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Once water has been absorbed, fluff quinoa with a fork and it is ready to serve.
